Apart from the vine, we can do nothing of spiritual value. So, all kingdom and missions ventures need to be bathed in prayer and come out of an abiding relationship with the Lord. Start by spending time with God and getting His heart for what He is already doing in your city to raise up His church to be involved among the nations.

Collectives are all about people and relationships, so you have to start connecting with individuals and churches to see who is interested in collaborating together to see more Great Commission involvement in your city. This will include casting vision, getting buy in, and starting to build a team of like-minded folks to work together across the city to advocate for the unreached and help people get involved.

Without a vision, the people perish. So, your team will need to figure out what the focus is going to be as well as the goals and desired outcomes of the collective. Is this group mainly bringing people together to share resources and best practices, to build skills in mobilization, to plan combinrf events to see more people mobilized in the city, to collaborate together for missions classes, short-term trips, or preparing goers for the field?
